How much does it cost?
Nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada. MoodShare is unlimited and completely FREE whilst we're still in Beta. Once we go public, it will become a tiered monthly subscription service. At that time, Beta users will receive a discounted premium plan as thanks for being awesome. There will always be an entirely FREE basic plan.
Are my game-changing ideas safe?
Yes. Your trade secrets will be safe with us. We use above-average 256-bit SSL encryption, which is the same as your internet banking.
Are there any copyright implications to using MoodShare?
No. MoodShare is a business tool to create sales aids for un-made ideas which you then must go and create. We cannot be held responsible if any accounts are used for any other purposes. Any offending accounts will be shut down immediately as we are made aware of their existence.
Do you have forums where I can get help?
Yes. Our entire support offering can be found on Zendesk.
Still lost?
We use Zendesk to keep a track of these things because it's fast and can be managed via email. If you already have a MoodShare account, then opening support tickets is best done using the 'Feedback' links within the app.
